Brooklyn White

In her ministry at MCBC, Brooklyn desires to foster an environment where children can learn to worship God in a space that is safe and developmentally appropriate. It is her desire that the children of MCBC will learn to love God’s Word and they will come to know Jesus in a deep, personal way. Brooklyn loves to build relationships with parents and caregivers of MC Kids as she comes alongside to support them in unique ways.

Brooklyn has served in camp ministry, as a mission team coordinator, and in a ministry that supported families involved in foster care. She has always loved working with children because they are just themselves! 

Brooklyn is originally from Alabama, but has lived in New Orleans for the past 4 years. She has a B.S. in Sociology from Jacksonville State University and will graduate in December with a Masters of Divinity with a specialization in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Brooklyn joined the Mountain Creek staff in November of 2022. 

Brooklyn and her husband, Ward, were married in July 2022.
