Membership

WE BELONG TOGETHER

The most important way you can be involved at Mountain Creek Baptist Church is through joining us in covenant membership.

We believe that the Scriptures teach that believers are to connect to one another through local church membership. In the words of the book of Hebrews, “Let us consider how to stir one another up to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” (10:24-25) As one author simply put it, “We belong together.”

TAKE THE NEXT STEP

1. Talk with one of our pastors about what it means to be a member of Mountain Creek, and let him know about your story of coming to faith in Jesus Christ. Membership is for people who are followers of Jesus, who have been or are preparing to be baptized by immersion, and who are willing to commit to join with us in our mission to come together to Exalt the Savior by Making Disciples who Make Disciples.

2. We encourage people joining Mountain Creek to come before the church on a Sunday morning or evening to be presented to the church body for membership.
